Schweitzer Ski Resort has had some of the best snow conditions in the country this winter. Plus some of the best skiing conditions. As Spring is fast approaching, the mountains continue to get fresh loads of snow, helping to replenish the water table for the coming summer months.
The Real Estate market in Bonner County has had a busy winter. There are lots of new listings, the interest rates are still low, the inventory is robust, and the prices are as low as they have been for years. Now that prices have stabilized, Buyers are showing increased interest in taking advantage of the current market before interest rates and prices climb.
